In this one-day workshop, we’ll suggest the starkness and the promise of this changeable month. Learn to mix color by layering pure transparent pigments. Create a delicate winter landscape of deepening hues and values by using only transparent staining colors and allowing each layer to dry before applying the next wash. Using an easy to draw format, we will focus on color, value, and the nature of different pigments.
