139-Colored Pencil Workshop

In this workshop, students will learn to better master colored pencils with techniques for blending colors, creating hard or soft edges, and heightening value. This workshop will also go over proportion and perspective, how to make objects appear 3-dimensional, and how to better understand and utilize the colors we have.  Think of the subjects you'd like to draw with colored pencils: a still life, a floral, a landscape, or a portrait.  The possibilities are endless!  Students are welcome to bring their own reference photos to class.

Special Notes

All students must comply with the Policies and Procedures found on The Center's website. There will be no refunds for students removed from class or workshop for failure to observe The Center’s Policies and Procedures.

In the event of a closure due to the COVID-19 virus, this workshop will move online using ZOOM. There will be no refunds or credits for classes or workshops that were scheduled to take place on-site but were moved to an online format for health and safety purposes.
