318-Sculpey: The Family Friendly Clay

Sculpey is a user friendly, multi colored clay featuring limitless artistic and creative possibilities. It remains soft, pliable, and workable indefinitely, imposing no time limitation on the artist.

Students will be introduced to Sculpey by initially forming simple shapes such as spheres, cylinders and cubes and subsequently transforming them into small animals, flowers, and other decorative objects. By using texture forming tools and other techniques students will produce eye pleasing projects which will become permanent and durable upon being safely baked in a home oven.

NOTE: This workshop is recommended for families, adults with a child. All levels welcome.
