106-Introduction to Drawing-IN PERSON

If you always wanted to express yourself through drawing, this course will introduce you to the fundamental concepts and techniques necessary to understand the mysteries of composition, perspective, shading and rendering.

NOTE: There is NO CLASS on 2/20 (President's Day holiday) & 2/27.

Note on Health & Safety Policy:

The Center has updated its Health and Safety Policies and Procedures related to COVID-19. As of  August 22, 2022, vaccinations are suggested but not required. Mask wearing is suggested but not required.

About the Instructor

Oscar Peterson

An alumnus of Pratt Institute and The Art Students League of NY. Studied with leading realist painters as Max Ginsberg and Nelson Shanks, teaches at The Art Students League, NYC and gives private lessons. Award winning portrait artist; exhibits in NY, NJ and Connecticut galleries.
