Materials
• 140 lb cold press Arches WATERCOLOR PAPER, cut or torn to 11 x 15” or a 9 x 12” cold press block. A small watercolor sketchbook is handy for experimenting and taking notes. I use a Canson Montval Field Watercolor ArtBook, 7 x 10”.
• Nos. 8, 10 and 12 round brushes. My current favorite brand is Silver Black Velvet. They are a mix of squirrel and synthetic.
• Small stiff synthetic flat for lifting.
• Rigger brush for spattering
• Sea sponge
