Watercolor Paint – Tubes of paint, Da Vinci or Winsor-Newton. Colors Cadmium Red, Alizarin Crimson Red, Sap Green, Hookers Green, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Yellow, Burnt Umber, Burn Sienna, Ultramarine Blue, Prussian blue, Cerulean Blue, and Paynes Gray.Watercolor Paper – Buy good quality paper like Arches. In 140lb in both hot and cold press paper. Sizes 12”x16” or 18” x24”. Arches watercolor paper that has the page glued on all four sides.
Tracing Paper – Size 18” x 24”
Brushes – Large wash brush, 3/8” flat brush, #1 around brush, #6 around brush, #10 around brush, #12 around brush, and #16 around brush (Approximate sizes).
Pencils - 2H drawing pencil and 6B Pencil.
Miscellaneous Supplies - Blue painters’ tape, plastic containers to hold water, large size plastic watercolor palette with lid, and white eraser.
Foam Core or Drawing Board - To tape your paper on. The board should be approximately two inches larger on all sides to accommodate watercolor paper.
