210-The Power of Pastels

Understand the power of pastels! In this class students will learn how to work with several pastels, surfaces and techniques. A range of subject matter will be addressed such as still life, landscape, animals, and more.

NOTE: There is no class on 4/25.

In the event of a closure due to the COVID-19 virus, this class will move online using ZOOM. There will be no refunds or credits for classes that were scheduled to take place on-site but were moved to an online format for health and safety purposes.

About the Instructor

Andrea Gianchiglia

BFA, University of Hartford Art School, major in illustration, minor in art history. Exhibitions: Many solo, group and juried shows at various galleries and museums in the tri-state area. Awards: has won awards for her specialty, animal portraiture. Her work is in private collections throughtout the country and is available for commissions.
