145-Mindful Stress Relief: Neurographic Art

What is neurographic art you ask?

This drawing technique is based on the idea that by drawing in such a way, can help engage and strengthen the neurons in our brains, connecting the conscious and subconscious mind, leaving us feeling positive, mindful and less stressed. No artistic ability is needed as this workshop is more about the process; although you will surely be pleased with what you create!
