As part of a commitment to making sure that its programs are accessible to all students, The Center for Contemporary Art is home to the area’s only wheelchair accessible pottery wheel. This effectively removes barriers to participation in the ceramics program by students in wheelchairs and those with back problems who require an upright position. Ceramics classes are offered for children and adults at all levels of ability, experience and expertise.
