Open Life and Portrait Classes

Adult Life Painting Class

The Center for Contemporary Art is pleased to offer weekly sessions for artists who are interested in painting from either a clothed (Open Portrait) or nude (Open Life) model. These sessions are without instruction offering artists the opportunity to paint and/or sketch independently.

OPEN LIFE STUDIO

Open Life Studio is on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and begin again on September 11, 2012 through December 4. We will close for the Holidays and reopen January 8, 2013

Fees: Members $10
Non-members $15

OPEN PORTRAIT STUDIO  

Open Portrait Studio is using a new format from previous years. Artists may draw or paint from a clothed model sitting for three consecutive weeks. Artists must pre-register for a 3-session class so a model can be booked for the class.  The cost per 3-week session is $37 for members and $47 for non-members.
